Where do i enter State tax exclusions for U.S. government income?

When you enter your 1099-INT, there will be a follow-up question, Do any of these uncommon situations apply?  Here you will check the box and the appropriate option from the drop down menu.  

When you enter your 1099-DIV, there will be a follow-up question, Do these uncommon situations apply?.  Here you will check the box A portion of these dividends is U.S. Government interest.  On the next screen you will enter the amount of U.S. Government Interest.
