Where do I enter refunds to customers? I saw it when I first started entering info, but now can't get back to it.

In the screen that says Here's Your Business Info, under Income, click Add income for this work.

On the next screen, Let's get any additional income, you'll see Rebates/refunds paid. Report any income returned to customers.
