Where do I enter quarterly federal and state tax payments that I made?

I make quarterly tax payments to US Treasury and CT State Revenue Services. Where do I report these payments on my Turbo Tax return for 2024?

I am retired, made 401k withdrawals. I had 10% withheld for Federal Income tax, totaling $9000, as reported on my 1099-R. Are these estimated federal tax payments ?
