Where do I enter my spouses AGI if filing separately?

If you are filing separately this year, you do not enter your spouse's AGI anywhere. If you are asking about entering your 2016 AGI for e-filing, you enter only your own 2016 AGI. If you filed jointly last year, you use the AGI from your joint 2016 return, even though that was joint and you are filing separately now. You don't split last year's AGI.
