I am having the same problem. The automatic response of how to change your email for your account does nothing. I have cleared cookies, caches, logged in with a different browser, still nothing.
I replied to the original poster, but the email for one's Intuit account is not the problem. It's asking for an email to be entered into the "Personal Info" section before the return can even begin to be processed. There is no space for this. None. I have cleared my cookies, cache, and used a different browser. No change.
