Where do I enter Gross receipts or sales from restaurant sales?

As income on schedule C.  Enter Schedule C in the Search, click the Jump To.  You'll be asked if you have any 1099-MISC forms.  If no, just keep going, the next screens ask for income not on a 1099-MISC.
