Where do i enter estimated state income tax payments made in 2016?

TO ENTER ESTIMATED TAXES:

Sign into your account and “Take me to my return”
Click on Federal Taxes
Click on Deductions & Credits
Scroll past “All tax breaks” to “Estimates and Other Taxes Paid” click on Show more
“Estimates” click on Start
