Yes, you may report your Job-Related Vehicle Expenses in order to reduce the tax consequences of the allowance/reimbursement you received.
The easiest way to find this section of TurboTax is to use the Search box at the top right side of the TurboTax header. Type in "2106", hit Enter, then click on the "jump to 2106" link to go the Job-Related Expenses section. (Form 2106 is used to report job-related expenses on your tax return).
Set up your vehicle and enter your actual business mileage. If you choose the Standard Mileage Deduction, TurboTax will calculate the total deduction for you.
After you complete the interview regarding your vehicle expenses, continue until you are asked about reimbursements from your employer (see screenshot below). TurboTax may transfer the amount you entered from Form W-2, or you may need to enter this information yourself.
When you're finished, TurboTax will calculate the amount of Job-Related expenses to be reported on your return.
