You can report it under Miscellaneous Income:
- Select Federal, then Wages & Income.
- Scroll down to "Less Common Income,"
- Click Start or Revisit next to "Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C."
- Click Start or Revisit next to "Other income not already reported on a Form W-2 or Form 1099."
- The next screen "Did you receive any other wages?" Select Yes and Continue.
- The next three screens are for household employee wages, sick or disability pay, and Medicaid waiver payments. Just click Continue on those three screens without entering anything.
- On the screen "Did you earn any other wages?" Select Yes and Continue.
- The next screen, select Other and click Continue.
- On the next screen, "Any Other Earned Income," enter a description and enter the amount you were paid.
