Would you consider this occasional income like a hobby, or is this from a "business", which means you are making an ongoing effort to get clients and make a profit?  Is this regular care for a single family in their home (like a nanny), or work for a single family (or families) in your home (like day care), os this more like traditional babysitting for parents who want a night out and you have many customers?
