Where did the head of househol filing status go? Did Divorced replace that?

Divorced has never been a filing status.  Divorced would be Single or Head of Household if you qualify.   Head of Household is still listed at they top of the 1040,  https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040.pdf.

Do you have any dependents or children? You can't check the HOH box until you have entered dependent info and ssn.
