If you bought it in the store, after you paid did you go to the customer service pickup window and get the actual package with the License Code? You might need to go back with the receipt and cardboard and get it.
AND you seem to be in the Online version. You can't use the License Code for Online. You have to download and install the Desktop program. I see people all the time that have bought the Download Desktop Software but then somehow ending up using the Online version and didn't know it. If that happened to you, you can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info.
