Where are the Turbotax employee experts?

"Is there a quiet quitting happening in Intuit? Where are the Turbotax employee experts?" "Does TurboTax only hire temporary experts? I have posted this twice, but there are no experts available to assist. Only members are communicating with each other. I need help from TurboTax employees now. How can I reach them? Does anyone know the phone number?"

Employee experts are seasonal so don't expect to see them here on any kind of consistent basis.

Most employee experts in this online forum are seasonal, and their contracts just ended.  Turbotax always has experts available via the phone support.  However, the kind of phone support you qualify for depends on the level of product you purchased.   There are many non-employee experts in the forum who can answer questions, but we don't work on a clock.
