Where and how do I upload my form 1042-S to include it in my tax filing?

I need to include interest from my investments. I am filing a 1040 because I'm a resident for tax purposes. But my investments are still as a Foreign Person, so I get a 1042-S from Fidelity.

Report 1042S income and withholdings by:

Open your return in TurboTax 

1. Go to wage and Income summary 
2. Scroll down to Less Common Income 
3. Scroll down to Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C 
4. Click start 
5. Scroll down to Other reportable income 
6. Answer yes 
7. Enter description and amount 

To report the US tax paid:

1. With your return open
2. Go to the Deductions & Credits Summary
3. Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
4. Click on Income Taxes Paid
5. Scroll down Other Income Taxes
6. Click on Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099
