If you did not file your return electronically you can still do that.  However if you want to mail your return and you didn't see the address when you printed your return from TurboTax you can find the correct address here for your state. Where to File Paper Returns With or Without a Payment

I did it my 2016 tax return on turbo online (I just bought) but cant efile on.

When your print your amended return, your TurboTax filing instructions should show on both of your federal and state print outs.

Your filing instructions should give you the correct mailing address for your federal and/or state amendment and also let you know which tax forms, if any, you need to attach.
