When with form 8915B-T be available for the 2019 tax return? The IRS posts that it is available as of 3/26/2020.

The IRS Form 8915-B for tax year 2019 is not yet finalized and is only in draft mode.  Not until the IRS finalizes this form will the TurboTax form for filing be available.

When I check at the IRS site https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-8915-a-and-8915-b, it appears the 2019 form is available... do you have a date that the 8915b form will be available for use for our 2019 submission?
