When will TurboTax update the changes included in the American Rescue Plan for state returns?

TurboTax says they are still working on updating state returns to include the additional tax relief that's part of the recent American Rescue Plan and gives us the option to either file only the federal return for now or hold off on filing both.

Question: If we do decide to hold off, when can we expect to see these changes made? Can someone from TurboTax please provide an estimate?
