I am hoping to get a clear answer from Intuit on when they will provide the update for the American Rescue Plan to the desktop owners of their software. This has been a prolonged roundabout issue that we have not got a clear answer on. It was originally supposed to be last week, that in turn was only for the online users.
We can manually adjust the forms in the Desktop version and apply the update but for peace of mind it would be nice to have the software update to reflect properly. Is there a clear date when this update will be provided to the masses?
For me I am almost to the point of paying for another tax provider solution because they have already updated, and it would mean for us from going from owing money to getting a nice return back.

If no update to the desktop software to reflect the new tax law is forthcoming, instructions on how to obtain a refund for the purchase of the TurboTax software would be appreciated.
@Whatsitmatter - the desktop version is normally updated over Wednesday night into Thursday mornings each week
