When will TurboTax be able to process a Virginia State Partnership return for tax year 2018.

I Paid for and downloaded the State Partnership forms and it allowed them to be completed and verified but would not allow them to be e-filed because it was not "Tubo Tax Filing Season".  This was the 2nd February 2019

I am actually an Enrolled Agent based out of Virginia. Virginia is slow to start processing returns this year because of tax reform. They released a statement that you can read through the link below. It is quite vague and gives no exact date of when they will process the filed returns. I can assure you this is a Virginia problem and not a TurboTax problem.
