When will this company return the money it stole from my bank account?

Turbotax took nearly $230 from my bank for a tax return it never filed. I used HR Block (which only cost me $39, by the way). I have asked for a refund both over the phone and through the website and neither resolved the issue. 

This isn't a customer satisfaction issue. This is outright THEFT.  Please return my money.

this is a public forum. there is nothing it can do to get you a refund.  we don't know what services you used so Turbotax may have earned that fee even if you filed with H&R.  have you called support and ask for the billing department,
