There is no program update necessary for Stimulus #3. The IRS is sending out these payments in batches, and it will take a few weeks to complete them all. This one comes to you separately (and automatically), not as part of your 2020 tax refund. You can check the status here:

I have not filed yet and had unemployment benefits in 2020. The current version does not take that into account. An update is necessary.
