The correct answer from the Nebraska Department of Revenue is "The Nebraska Department of Revenue is following up with the developer of the software to determine when the issue will be resolved." It's a software issue, I've contacted both Turbo Tax and the State of Nebraska. The Turbo Tax representative I've communicated with have no knowledge of the issue.
