When will the CD for TurboTax Personal & Small Business (for MAC) be released? And when will it be available in retail stores such as Walmart. Thank you.

The TurboTax desktop editions for tax year 2017 are already available.  You can go to this TurboTax website to purchase a CD or Download for any of the desktop editions (include Home & Business) - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

Note - The CD includes both a Windows and Mac installation file.  If you want the CD then click on the blue link I'd like to order a CD in the pop-up window after selecting the edition you want to purchase (see screenshot)

This is a user community forum so we have no information on when the TurboTax software will be available in retail outlets.  The 2017 software is currently available on Amazon.

At least one office-supply store (a national chain) in my area claims to have boxed versions available in-store.

Note that, after the 2016 tax year, Mac OS X v10.9 and v10.10 will no longer be supported.
