We don't know the exact date. Although the forms availability table indicates that Form 4562 is ready to e-file, the final updates for depreciation calculations have not been released.

We recommend that you wait a while for additional TurboTax Online updates to be released. This could be sometime in February.

How can the biggest Tax Software company not know when their software will be updated and ready for it's customers to file taxes.  I could have filed this week.

The IRS systems must also be ready to accept forms and changes which can lead to a delayed start for some forms and schedules. The necessary forms will be available as soon as possible.

This is ridiculous.  It's Jan 31 and I still cannot record depreciation or the sale of real estate.

I bought another software and filed a few hours after I posted that. Glad I didn’t wait for these clowns. Software was called t@x@ct. Recommend by Grok. I have no affiliation. Cost me $300 as I have two states to do besides federal.

The forms availability table says that its ready. However, I am getting the same message: 

Depreciation and Amortization will be ready by February, but likely sooner.

Can someone please advise.

Form 4562 is only ready for Schedule C and F. The Schedule E area is currently being updated. 

The software should be updated after 02/11/26, but our tech team is working hard to have those updates before that date.

Yes, that is the planned release.  Be sure to wait for the following day so all of the updates can take place.

Well, I waited until the day after February 11, which is today.  An update was available, but apparently this still isn't included in the update?

The work on this section of TurboTax is continuing and expected to be completed with an update coming after Thursday night.  The best time to check for a change will be Friday.
