I went in to update form 1095A that I received after filing my taxes in January 2021. The IRS is needing the form 8962 completed for me to send in with page 2 of my 1040 and a copy of 1095A. I've never had to so anything like this, I'm a first timer lol.

I have to have it done before 3/31/2021. I went in and added info from 1095A two weeks ago. Help please
