When will my federal balance due be withdrawn from my bank account?

Hello, I paid to have our federal balance due come directly out of our bank account, it was supposed to come out on March 10th, but still has not been taken out. I am trying to figure out if we are did something wrong or if there is a legitimate reason for the delay? Thank you for your time.
