You didn't answer my question as to when I will receive my Turbotax Advantage TY2016 Deluxe CD w/Win and Mac download?  I should have received the CD by now having ordered it on 11/4/16.  Order number [remove]. I paid in full using Visa ending in 8996.

This is the first question you have posted.  This is a user to user forum, TurboTax has sent out the CD's and the downloads have been available for a while now.
