Here's how to get there, since It has been available for both online and desktop versions.

Online

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account and open your return.
2. In the top right search bar, type 4684.
3. Select the "Jump to 4684" link that appears in the search results.
4. TurboTax will take you directly to the Casualty Losses section.

If you are using desktop, you need to update your software multiple times.

Desktop or online:

1. Go to the Federal tab (or "Federal Taxes" in Desktop).
2. Click on Deductions & Credits.
3. Scroll down to the Other Deductions and Credits group (you may need to click "See all deductions").
4. Find Casualty and Theft and click Start or Revisit.
