It is Feb 21, 2026 and i just updated my Premier desktop for MAC software and i still get the message that the Dep and Amort section has not been updated.

what build do you have ... check Turbotax / About Turbotax / More Info. The depreciation section was released on Thursday morning 2/19. I am showing 2025.r21.033.
you can also try forcing the latest download if you hold down Option on the main menu it will change to "Download Latest Updates'
I am able to enter rental assets and calculate Depreciation on my Mac today. You might try exiting the program, restarting your device, and logging back in.

I have the same 2025.r21.033. I also click the “check for updates” but it has come back with “Up to Date” and "No tax form updates at this time”.
One correction, i ordered TT Premier On line for my desktop, not a disk.

Thanks to both Balditax and Monika for your help. I ended up shutting down my computer and restarting everything and it worked. I wasn't positive that the update was available to my situation until you both confirmed so thanks again.
