When will Connecticut State Forms be ready for online filing? It seems like it is taking a long, long time.

They should be available, but if you are not able to file, we will need the following information to investigate. Can you send me the screenshots from your TurboTax?

• MachineID
• Update Service logs (in zip):- C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Common\Update Service\v5
• TTD Version:- Help->About TurboTax->Components Tab (TurboTax.exe)
• CT Formset Version:- Help->About TurboTax->Components Tab (S2024ZCT)

Here is a screenshot. According to the email I received from Intuit the CT forms should be ready. I tried to delete CT and redownload it using the TTCleanStates tool but it didn't work.

UPDATE: I uninstalled and then reinstalled TurboTax2024 and it now works. Thanks.

I still can't print or efile my Connecticut forms and return because it says they are not finalized yet.  It is now February 11,  2025.  When is this going to be done?

I uninstalled TurboTax2024 and then reinstalled it and was able to file my taxes.
