When we compared our 2016 Federal return to our 2015 Federal return, there seems to be several pages missing

Pages missing: Tax History Report, Healthcare entry Sheet, Social Security Benefits Worksheet, Form 5329 for [name removed]. Can you explain why this was included to the PDF download this year

There are 2 PDFs in the Tax Timeline.  One is a basic version at the download/print link.  Then there is another link in that section that says "Download all forms and worksheets."

• Log in and go to the 2016 Tax Timeline.
• Scroll to "Some things you can do."
• Choose "Download all forms and worksheets."

See if that larger PDF has the Tax History Report and the other forms you mentioned.   If it doesn't, I can tell you an alternative way to print by opening up the return and printing from the Print Center.
