When trying to import 1099s from brokerage, does the message "import was unsuccessful" mean that TT was able to connect to the brokerage, but found no documents?

The partner is E*trade Securities.

This issue is resolved.

I tried again a day later and was able to download all of the documents (1099s). I think I just needed to be a little patient...
