When trying to follow the steps for ral it prompted me to exile before giving me the option to apply, now it’s not letting me. What can I do?

Go back into your tax file and hit 'Ready to File' again. The system will walk you through all of the steps that you already went through until it gets to the end and you can request a RAL.

If you already filed the tax return then there is nothing that can be done and you will have to wait until the IRS sends you the refund.
