When trying to e-file I keep getting a rejected message fro Federal and State. I have confirmed the prior year AGI. This is the first time filing through Turbo Tax

The individual did move during the year so not sure if that had any impact

Moving has no impact on the 2019 AGI.

If you have entered the correct 2019 AGI and the IRS has rejected the tax return, then try using a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the tax return again.

I will try that but also saw an article that states enter "did not file return last year".
