When the non custodial parent is NOT claiming dependent, am I eligible for HOH?

Seeing that as a non custodial parent claiming a dependent, I am not eligible for HOH, EIC, or child care credit. But the years I am not claiming the dependent, am I eligible to claim HOH?

Those tax benefits can only be claimed by the custodial parent.
