After waiting about 15 minutes to speak to a rep, I was told that turbotax had no idea when this mess would be resolved and then the rep closed my trouble ticket [[phone number removed]] as being resolved. I don't think so.... I cannot do my taxes & I didn't pay for TurboTax so I could manually enter all my information. I would like someone to contact me as soon as this issue is resolved. If TurboTax can't handle the amount of data being submitted perhaps you should get larger servers!
The part of the previous post that was redacted by "the system" was not a phone number - It is the case number [phone number removed] provided by your company as the Support ID.
