When is the form supposed to be available from the irs about being in a natural disaster area ? It says on TurboTax the Congress passed a new law it’s just waiting on the correct forms for a tax

I believe you are speaking about Form 8915-A and Form 8915-B.  Per our updates, they are not available until 02/12/2020.  Congress enacted special tax relief to make it easier for the retirement plan participants (including IRA owners) to access their retirement funds to recover from disaster losses incurred while living in certain federally declared disaster areas in 2016 and 2017.

Form 8915-a & B not available until 2/12/2020.  It is not 3/20/2020.  Still not being allowed to complete tax return.  Still says you can't file just yet due to recent law passed by congress.  

Can we have an update please.
