When is the earliest date I can file my taxes?

You can begin filing your taxes now,  some federal and state forms have not been finalized. The IRS will begin accepting e-file returns on January 29, 2018. Please be sure before submitting your tax return that you have received all W-2's, 1099's,etc from your employer(s). Otherwise, if you submit your return beforehand you would then have to Amend your tax return.
