When importing 1099-B, after entering account number and document ID, it says "Please check the checkbox to continue". But I cannot find this checkbox on the page.

The checkbox is "I am not a robot", powered by Google. If you are in China, you have to use VPN. If you see blank space under the red error message, click on the blank area a couple of times, the checkbox usually appears.
