When I type in name of financial institution I get message that I can't import but their documents say I should be able to. How do I find out what to do?

Make sure that the partner's name is on the TurboTax Import Partners list here:

https://www.partner.turbotax.com/top_partner_list.html

If they are there, make sure the spelling is exactly as it is on that list.
