When I try to file, the software just goes blank with no option to file. What's going on?

I can't file. TurboTax simply goes blank.

Click on the Reload This Page (circle with an arrow) at the top left of the web browser window.

When I try to file, the software just goes blank with no option to file. What's going on?

I've already tried the reload several times. I've filled out the state i.d. pages now three times. Each time, when I get to the consent page for Virginia, and hit "continue", the page simply goes blank.

Okay...Try clearing cache on your web browser and access the section again - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135

 

If that does not help then change your web browser to either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge
