When I try to file my taxes I get a message that says: We hit a snag

It asks me to make sure my internet connection is good and to refresh my  browser or check back later I have checked everything and it looks good

When I try to file my taxes I get a message that says: We hit a snag

If you select Transmit my return now and it doesn't work, you might need to troubleshoot your web browser.

 

  1. Turn off any pop-up blockers.
  2. Try using a different web browser. For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Firefox or Safari instead.
  3. Delete your browser cookies.

I decided to use another service. From what I have researched this is a common issue. When I filed with the other service it went through no problem. Thanks for trying.
