When I try to download my complete 2023 tax forms, I get PDF Live window that says "The file format may be invalid or corrupted".

It should just save to my Downloads folder.

Which procedure is giving you this error?

Click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

OR -

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

In your situation, you should first clear the cache and cookies It handles many issues that seem nonsensical on a regular basis.  First close your return and follow the steps below to see that you need to do depending on the version of TurboTax you are using:

• If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.
  • You can also try using a different browser
• If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.
  • Make sure you have ran all the updates

After doing this continue with the suggested steps to print the return from DoninGA.

Actually, I fixed it.  I had a Chrome plugin for editing PDF documents and it defaulted to that plugin.  I removed the plugin and the PDF forms downloaded normally.
