You may be receiving this message because the version you are using has been upgraded from TurboTax Free Edition. In order to print you will get this message if upgraded.
The TurboTax Free Edition is free as long as you
file a 1040EZ (or 1040A with the standard deduction) and don't select any add-ons or upgrades.
The
version of TurboTax you need to use is determined by the information/answers
you have entered into your return. It may be that one of the forms you need to
file is required in a higher version of TurboTax vs. the Free Edition.
You
