When I print my federal return, it states that I want to apply $49 applied to my 2018 estimated tax. I do not want to do that. How do I change that?

You can change the selection for this item in the Other Tax Situations section of TurboTax (see screenshot)-
- If using online, log into your account and click Take Me to My Return
- Choose Federal Taxes (or Personal if using Home Business desktop)
- Select Other Tax Situations
- Scroll down to Additional Tax Payments
- Select Apply Refund to Next Year
- Proceed through the prompts to change the selection to receive all refund now
