When I print my federal return, it states that I want to apply $49 applied to my 2018 estimated tax. I do not want to do that. How do I change that?

You can change the selection for this item in the Other Tax Situations section of TurboTax (see screenshot)-

If using online, log into your account and click Take Me to My Return
Choose Federal Taxes (or Personal if using Home Business desktop)
Select Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Additional Tax Payments
Select Apply Refund to Next Year
Proceed through the prompts to change the selection to receive all refund now
