When I filed my federal taxes I forgot to file state, why is it charging me again to file when I already got charged?

The fee to use TurboTax Deluxe (the version you are posting from) is separate from the fee to use TurboTax to prepare your state tax return. Since you didn't file your state when you filed your federal, you are now being charged to use TurboTax to prepare your state tax return.

 Filing federal and state tax returns are free, but you have to pay for use of TurboTax to prepare your tax returns.
