When I filed my 2016 taxes, it printed quarterly estimated taxes for 2017 (4x what I paid in taxes in 2016). My husband lost his job in January, do I need to pay this?

If your income situation has changed for 2017, then the estimated tax payments are not necessary.

TurboTax noticed you owed some money for 2016 and that is why those were prepared, so you don't have the same situation when you file next year.

So just shred them if are unneeded.
