You will no longer be able to file 2018 taxes electronically. 

Instead, select paper filing. Print the return and follow the directions for where to mail the federal, state, and any local returns, It will take about 16 weeks for the returns to be processed.

For 2019, when you file, be sure to enter $0 for Adjusted Gross Income since 2018 will not have been received.

So I just print the 2018 tax return and mail it off.
