When I file my CA tax I pay $24.99. Now I file my daughter's CA tax. Do I need to pay again?

Yes, you will need to pay that fee again in order to efile the second state return.  Or you can print, sign, and file by mail without a fee.

In the desktop products (CD/download), there is a 24.99 state efile fee for each state return (except no fee for New York.)   There is no fee to print, sign, and mail the state returns.
