I believe you are referring to the IRS Where's my Refund tool. Be sure that your return is shown as accepted in TurboTax prior to using the IRS refund tracker. Try reviewing your return in PDF format to be certain of filing status, social security number, and the refund amount.
You will see your social security number as you entered it on your return toward the top right-hand corner of page 1 of your 1040. The filing status is shown at the very top of the 1040 on page 1. Finally, your refund amount is shown on line 20 of page 2. This will confirm the information that was sent to the IRS.

To track your Federal refund, visit the Where’s My Federal Refund? site. You may also download the IRS2Go app to check your Federal refund status

Be sure when checking Where’s My Federal Refund? site that you are entering only your Federal refund amount. This can be found on your Federal form 1040, line 21a. Also if you paid any fees out of your federal refund, use the refund figure prior to the deduction of he fees. If you have filed jointly, be sure to enter the filers name that appears first on the return.

@Lasha2123 You can begin to track your refund on the IRS website 24hrs after your return has been accepted.
To check your refund status on the Where's My Refund? site, you will need your social security number, filing status, and refund amount in order to track your refund. Be sure to enter only the Federal Refund amount and not the total amount that includes the State refund. The amount to enter is on your Federal form 1040, line 21a.
If you paid any fees out of your Federal refund, use the refund figure prior to the deduction of the fees. If you filed joint, make sure to enter the filers information that appears first on the return.
